Exchange Requests:
If you wish to initiate an exchange for products purchased from DetoxArt, please note that exchange requests can only be raised after a minimum of 48 hours from the time of delivery. We recommend allowing this period to assess the product and your preferences accurately.
Our 30-Day Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you a generous timeframe to decide if the product meets your expectations. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet specific criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused.
- All tags originally attached to the item must be intact.
- The item should be in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return:

You can expect to receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. We kindly request that you do not send items back to us without first obtaining a return authorization, as these items will not be accepted.

Quality Audit:

- The product you return must be the same as the one dispatched from our warehouse, matching your order.
- After confirming that the received product aligns with the dispatched one, an audit is conducted based on the integrity of the item’s tags and its condition.
- Products returned without tags or that show signs of use will be ineligible for processing.
Damages and Issues:
Your satisfaction is paramount, and we aim to provide you with pristine products. However, if upon receiving your order you find that the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, we kindly request that you inspect the order upon reception. In such cases, please contact us immediately. This will enable us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate steps to rectify it.
Sale Items and Items Purchased with Coupons or Gift Cards:
Please note that we cannot accept returns for sale items or items purchased using coupons or gift cards. These are considered final sales and do not fall under our return policy.
Exchanges:
If you wish to receive a different product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently possess. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
After we have received and thoroughly inspected your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
